PCBs can get somewhat complicated even on the simplest boards.  High volume consumer products most likely have fine-pitched surface mount technology (SMT), unique board outlines with slots, and are panelized or scored.  WTSi provides support for thru-hole, two-layer boards to mulit-layer, mixed technology boards in a wide range of materials. Whether you need a simple interface board or an impedance-matched, controlled-dialectric, multi-layer PCB for your custom RF or LVDS board, WTSi can help you. We can also reverse engineer your existing printed wiring boards and circuit card assemblies. For smaller boards and smaller lot sizes,  hand assembly is an option.  However, the geometries of today components are making this harder every day.  If care is taken,  and the project allows it,  components can be chosen in larger packaging to accomodate hand assembly.
